Balkiran Flora is a financial services professional with experience in wealth management operations, executive support, and client relationship management. Since moving to Winnipeg, Canada as an international student in 2021, she has built her career formerly within BMO, gaining experience supporting Investment Advisors, Regional Vice Presidents, and high-performing leadership teams across multiple markets. Today she is the primary administration and client service associate for the Precision Wealth Family Office focusing on serving our group of clients.
Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and client-first approach, Balkiran has experience in investment administration, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and operational process improvement. She is passionate about wealth management and is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge while building a long-term career in the financial services industry.
Outside of work, Balkiran enjoys exploring new experiences, discovering local restaurants and destinations, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
